All of the staff at Metro Scooter are committed to ensuring full
customer satisfaction. We understand that on occasion there is need for
warranty support. As your dealer WE are the first line of defense
against issues you may have. If needed, we will use the support of the
manufacturer to resolve such issues or problems. Should you prefer to
use any other dealer, ALL authorized dealers for the brand you purchased
are obligated to provide full support to you, even if you did not buy
from them. Should they not provide such support, contact either us or
the manufacturer immediately.
